NUNDA Pipeline Request Form

If you wish to convert a workflow into a NUNDA pipeline, please complete this form. In addition to the information below, we will need a stable wrapper shell script for your routine and any custom scripts or binaries that your workflow requires. We will email you about the transfer of these files.

Pipelines run on x86_64 CentOS/RHEL 7 machines on Northwestern's Quest Computing Cluster. In addition to the provided software and applications, we have installed FreeSurfer, FSL, and AFNI. Other programs may be added upon request (please specify in dependencies, below).
